Return & Refund Policy
At KH Design & Co., all items are custom made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalized items.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order due to an error made by KH Design & Co., please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Eligible Issues
• We will gladly replace or remake items if:
• The wrong item was sent
• The item was damaged upon arrival
• There was an error made on our end
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
• Color variations due to screen settings
• Normal wear and tear
• Customer input errors on custom orders
If a remake is requested for reasons not caused by our error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the new item.
